Public Consultation: Phase 3 of the Square Dauville Residential Project

Montréal, January 15, 2004 – Starting Tuesday, January 27 at 7:00 p.m., the Office de consultation publique de Montréal (OCPM) will hold a public consultation on the draft by-law to amend the urban plan in the Pierrefonds–Senneville borough, in order to allow the development of Phase 3 of the Square Dauville residential project.

The draft-by-law was adopted by the municipal council at its meeting of December 15, 2003. The amendments to the urban plan will affect various lots along Pierrefonds Boulevard, between Des Cageux Street and Château-Pierrefonds Avenue. The amendments are as follows:

Replace the “Commerce de voisinage” land use area on Pierrefonds Boulevard by “Habitation de densité moyenne”
Replace the “Habitation moyenne densité” land use area by “Parc urbain”
Replace the “Habitation moyenne densité” land use area by “Habitation faible densité”
Replace the “Habitation faible densité” land use area by “Habitation haute densité”

Items 1 to 3 will allow the realization of phase 3 of the Square-Dauville residential development project providing for the construction of 94 single-family dwellings and 4 two-storey multifamily dwellings each containing 10 units along Pierrefonds Boulevard, for a total of 134 units, whereas item 4 provides for the upgrading of an existing building.

INVITATION TO ATTEND PUBLIC CONSULTATION
The meeting will take place on: Tuesday, January 27, 2004 at 7 p.m., at the Council chamber of the Pierrefonds/Senneville borough office, 13665 Pierrefonds Boulevard.

The OCPM invites interested persons and organizations to participate. Documents pertaining to the project are available during regular business hours, at the following locations:
